What he wanted didn't matter in the grand scheme of things when he did a spectacular job of making it worse.

Casey methodology covers a lot of things in my mind.
-Care
-Consideration
-Looking at things from a different perspective
-Flexibility to adapt

That's to name a few aspects.

[He needs another minute, after that. Not so much because any of that is a surprise - it's all things that he strives for - but to hear it laid out plainly, to have it be noticed, to get praised is just... really, really nice. He needed that today.

Tenacity in the face of adversity is a big one too. You always get up when something pushes you down.

You pour yourself into your work, and you've always put your all into reaching a goal. You do that without losing who you are.

At this point, Casey, your uncle is dead set on doing things on his own, any answer wouldn't meet his standards. It isn't you. It's him. I won't get into my conversation with him that lead to this, but... he's stubborn. I tried conveying things to him, but it didn't stick.
